We have a couple of spaces left on our bread making workshop this coming Saturday afternoon. February 13th 12 noon until 4 pm If you book direct and quote GBW bread you can bring a friend for half price. One person £60 and two persons £90. Please bring something to take home your bread. Arrive to a light lunch of soup after your journey and then working in pairs you will learn basic bread making and how to produce a loaf, plait, savoury filled bread or stromboli With an enriched dough we will make chelsea buns, honey bread, fruit loaf or a cinnamon twist. See what different ideas your fellow students have with their choices and take home both your own bread made and also many other ideas.
